The incredible story about an elegant and very strong woman shows us that hard work and patience will result in magnificent achievements. Radina Ekaterina started her career when she was 4 years old. Her mom, a former rhythmic gymnast, gave Ekaterina to ballet and immediately discovered the ability to ballet. At the age of 10, she was honored as a “gifted child” and her parents were paid a presidential scholarship. She was a winner of the Grand Prix in Germany and numerous other competitions for.
When she was participating in a competition in Germany, Vasiliev Vladimir Viktorovich was a jury member, and noticing her talent he said that this child needs to study at the old best ballet school in Perm, where she was sent after the competition. She immediately entered the first course. In her 2nd year, she danced in “Coppelia as Swanhilda” while still a student. She graduated from the Perm State Ballet school with a red diploma. Upon graduation, she worked at the Stanislavski Theater and entered the Moscow State Academy of Choreography, for higher education as a teacher-choreographer.
As a result of hard work and enormous effort, Ekaterina Graduated from the Moscow Academy of Choreography by profession, a choreographer teacher for children and adults with a red diploma. She danced at the Bolshoi Theater (prima ballerina) and toured all over the world with performances. She was the owner of a ballet school in Moscow and prepared many children for admission to the Moscow State Ballet School, who are now successfully studying and already dancing.
Behind the external lightness of movements of this graceful personality lies a huge long-term work. It is not a secret that ballet is a demanding art form. It requires strength, flexibility, and years of training. It takes courage to face the bright lights and big stage of a performance. But for Ekaterina ballet is a passion that inspires her and makes her achieve new heights. The strong sides of her character like leadership, purposefulness, and perseverance helped her to open a school in Dubai named “Ballet in the sky” for children and adults. As she mentions, “The emphasis in my work is on the uniqueness and aesthetics of ballet. I also want to bring a piece of art and professionalism to Dubai.”
Ekaterina represents the image of a true ballerina, whose every movement is filled with fascinating beauty and classical charm. Indeed, she played Odette in one of the most famous plays “Swan Lake”, in this performance two roles were perfectly played by Ekaterina, “White swan” versus “Black Swan”. These are the roles that completely characterize her inner world and personality. She belongs to the romantic type, having extensive experience as a professional ballerina and theatre artist.
She has been giving lessons around the world for 10 years. For now, she is giving ballet lessons for children and adults. During group lessons, individual lessons, ballet intensives, and masterclasses, participants can learn choreography, get professional training, build solid dance technique, learn history, increase flexibility and strength, and more… The level of training of a student does not matter whether he/she is a professional or an amateur.
Radina Ekaterina cooperates with a large number of companies around the world. She has recently become the face of the largest jewelry company Cara. This is excellent cooperation as it combines the exquisite beauty of ballet and the brilliance of diamonds. In the near future she is planning to open several new branches of the Ekaterina Rodina Ballet School in different locations in Dubai. She is going to cooperate with such companies as Address Residents, SLS Residents, Movenpick, Yalasports, in opening a ballet school on their territory. The main aim of the school “Ballet in the sky” is not only to prepare students for theatrical performance but also to give them discipline and focus!
