The tram depot is situated in an area with a distinctive architectural pattern and the structures of the depot have been designed in a way compatible with the surrounding environment. Smooth designs have been adopted to fit the nature of the neighbourhood as well as the design of the tram station and metro stations. The Depot consist of a number of buildings highlighted by the Tram operation control center, maintenance workshops, garage, stores and administrative buildings.

The Tram operation control center has a giant screen linked to cameras spreading over the tram carriages, stations and track as well as intersections where the tram movement overlaps with vehicular movement. Through this center, the movement of the rolling stock is monitored along the track, and the service interval is controlled besides monitoring CCTV cameras and the light signals along the track of the tram.
