Preparation Method

1 TRIM SALMON AND REMOVE BONES
2 CUT IN VERY THIN SLICES, PLACE ON BED OF LETTUCE ON HORS D’OEUVRE PLATE
3 GARNISH WITH ONION RINGS, CAPERS, STUFFED OLIVES, LEMON WEDGES AND DILL
4 SERVE TOAST AND HORSE RADDISH CREAM SEPARATELY
