Oriental Lentil Soup

Ingredients
120  gms     Chopped onion
2  tbsp     Oil
950  gms     Chicken broth
200  gms     Dried lentils
1  gms     Bay leaf
1/4  tsp     Thyme
1/8  tsp     Ground pepper
15  gms     Garlic clove
250  gms     VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables
Preparation Method

1 Heat oil in stock pot; cook onion 1 minute.
2 Add broth, lentils, smoked ham hock, bay leaf, thyme, pepper and garlic; bring to a boil.
3 Reduce heat and simmer until lentils are tender.
4 Stir in can of veg-all; heat through and serve.
