Heat milk with cinnamon, vanilla and star anise. Bring to boil and immediately strain. Cook rice in spicy milk until al dente. Drain off extra milk. Combine next 3 ingredients. Strain though a sieve to remove any particles. Stir into cooked rice, blending well. Turn into a baking dish and bake at 140 C until set.  |
