Dubai: The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 9.2 billion in total during the week ending 16 December 2022. The sum of transactions was 2,882.
199 plots were sold for AED 1.33 billion, 2,011 apartments and villas were sold for AED 4.61 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Palm Deira sold for AED 47.38 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 40 million in Me'Aisem First, and a land sold for AED 47.38 million in Palm Deira in third place.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week by 92 sales transactions worth AED 244.61 million, followed by Jabal Ali First with 21 sales transactions worth AED 147.11 million, and Al Hebiah Fourth with 15 sales transactions worth AED 290 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were a was sold for AED 80 million in Al Thanyah Fifth, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 61 million in Palm Jumeirah, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 59 million in Palm Jumeirah.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 2 billion, with the highest being a land in Al Qusais Industrial First, mortgaged for AED 693 million.
157 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 1 billion.
