The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 6.6 billion in total during the week ending 11 February 2022. The sum of transactions was 2,078.
280 plots were sold for AED 1.42 billion, 1,275 apartments and villas were sold for AED 2.54 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Al Mamzer sold for AED 132.4 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 61 million in Al Thanayah Fourth, and a land sold for AED 132.4 million in Al Mamzer in third place.
Jabal Ali First recorded the most transactions for this week by 89 sales transactions worth AED 267.91 million, followed by Al Hebiah Fifth with 87 sales transactions worth AED 195.83 million, and Al Hebiah Fourth with 20 sales transactions worth AED 167 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 360 million in Burj Khalifa, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 269 million in Marsa Dubai, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 204 million in Business Bay.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 2.41 billion, with the highest being a land in Palm Jumeirah, mortgaged for AED 412 million.
107 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 309 million.
