156 plots were sold for AED 853.69 million, 1,423 apartments and villas were sold for AED 3.13 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Jumeirah Second sold for AED 37.76 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 37.2 million in Al Thanayah Fourth, and a land sold for AED 37.76 million in Jumeirah Second in third place.
Wadi Al Safa 5 recorded the most transactions for this week by 37 sales transactions worth AED 159.12 million, followed by Al Hebiah Fourth with 20 sales transactions worth AED 96.89 million, and Al Hebiah Third with 18 sales transactions worth AED 57 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 546 million in Marsa Dubai, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 306 million in Burj Khalifa, and thirdly it was a villa sold for AED 267 million in Al Hebiah Fourth.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 2.22 billion, with the highest being a land in Al Thanyah Fifth, mortgaged for AED 560 million.
