172 plots were sold for AED 1.43 billion, 1,275 apartments and villas were sold for AED 2.59 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Me'Aisem First sold for AED 232.51 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 140.35 million in Me'Aisem First, and a land sold for AED 232.51 million in Me'Aisem First in third place.
Al Hebiah Fourth recorded the most transactions for this week by 35 sales transactions worth AED 169.19 million, followed by Wadi Al Safa 5 with 29 sales transactions worth AED 124.96 million, and Al Yufrah 3 with 16 sales transactions worth AED 18 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 457 million in Marsa Dubai, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 249 million in Al Khairan First, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 242 million in Burj Khalifa.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 2.87 billion, with the highest being a land in Al Yelayiss 2, mortgaged for AED 771 million.
