From 2 to 16 November 2019, the fourth and final edition of Off the Menu – The Emirati Edition will take place at Mina Brasserie with Head Chef, Michael Mina collaborating with Emirati Chef, Sahar Parham to produce an Emirati fusion of brasserie style cuisine.
Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the city’s most compelling culinary destination, is celebrating the origins of Emirati cuisine with a curated dining experience that will see local flavours elevated into a fine-dining setting. Bringing together four Emirati Chefs and four celebrated DIFC dining institutions, Off the Menu – The Emirati Edition will see the crème de la crème of regional gastronomy collaborate for a spectacular fusion menu that highlights the best of both cuisines.
Chef Sahar is an Emirati on a mission to develop her knowledge of the culinary world and expanding her knowledge in the art of gastronomy. She will collaborate with award-winning celebrity and Michelin-starred Chef Michael Mina, Owner of Mina Brasserie.
The Emirati-brasserie inspired set menu will consist of four delectable courses to include; pastrami-cured seabream with salona spice, crispy rice and pickled lime. Farmer’s bone marrow crème brulee with a toasted baguette, black lime marinated lamb chops and kahwa tiramisu with hazelnut meringue. The menu will be priced at AED 275 per person.
