Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), the world's largest district cooling services provider, offered its customers a set of guidelines to avoid service interruption during summer, and to enjoy a refreshing summer. Through this, Empower aims to increase customer satisfaction by providing the best services and solutions in the cooling sector.
Empower has highlighted the key steps for its customers to enjoy sustainable district cooling services include checking cooling equipment and contacting the company in case of disruptions in service. It is recommended to contact the buildings maintenance team to check the air filters, which may sometimes be blocked by dust, in addition to timely payment of bills before and on the due dates, through its multiple payment options, to avoid service interruption and paying disconnection fees. Empower also advised customers to check the consumer account number and registration number to avoid any errors may occur in the payment process that may also result in service interruption.
Empower allows customers to pay their bills through many means including its website, online transfer through ENBD, ADCB, HSBC, Mashreq Bank, and Noor Bank’s online banking and mobile banking app, ENBD’s cash deposit machines and online payment, “Dubai Now” Application, in addition to its customer service centres. Empower also introduced an online calculator on its website to help its customers monitor and plan their district cooling consumption, helping them reduce consumption and achieve significant savings.
Empower confirmed its readiness towards issues that may arise during the summer through periodic maintenance campaigns and using state-of-the-art technology at its district cooling plants in Dubai to meet the growing demand for district cooling in the emirate during the summer. This works to achieve significant savings in electricity consumption and ensures the provision of environmentally friendly district cooling services.
“We strive to provide the most sustainable district cooling services, through regular communication with our customers during the summer to avoid service interruption and ensure the provision of continuous high quality cooling services in this season,” said Ahmad Bin Shafar, CEO of Empower.
