Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, today announced the lucky winner of its monthly Kunooz Savings Account draw. Mr. Abdulla Al Shamsi, a UAE national, won the AED 1 million cash prize and was presented with a cheque at the bank’s headquarters in Dubai Healthcare City.
Commenting on his win, Mr. Abdulla Al Shamsi said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Emirates Islamic for this grand cash prize. The bank contacted me when I was in Mecca to tell me that I won a cash prize of AED 1 million, but I couldn’t believe that I had won until the bank reconfirmed when I was back in the UAE.”
