Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, is celebrating International Day of Happiness with a pledge to create a happier customer experience and a more positive workplace environment.
The bank has launched an internal 'Happiness Squad' with the goal of improving staff morale, in addition to rolling out new customer experience initiatives to create a happier banking journey. These include a Customer Happiness Score, which is a key performance indicator to measure customer satisfaction across the Bank, and service awards that recognizes staff who go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
Commenting on the occasion, Salah Amin, CEO of Emirates Islamic, said "At Emirates Islamic, we recognise that a happy and motivated workforce leads to happier customers. The launch of the Happiness Squad and the new customer experience initiatives will empower management across all business functions to recognise and reward the stellar efforts of front-office staff, improving overall employee engagement and morale."
