Ali Rashid Lootah, Chairman of master developer Nakheel, today expressed his thanks to the Dubai Civil Defence for its support in the successful delivery of Nakheel projects.
Mr Lootah presented Major General Expert Rashid Thani Al Matrooshi, Director General of the Dubai Civil Defence, with a gold palm, symbolising Nakheel’s flagship project, Palm Jumeirah, at an appreciation ceremony held at DCD headquarters.
Ali Rashid Lootah said: “The Dubai Civil Defence plays an invaluable role in the completion of our projects across Dubai, and we are infinitely grateful for their support. We look forward to further strengthening our relationship with the DCD as we enter a new phase of project delivery, with a number of residential, retail and hospitality projects set for completion this year.”
The appreciation ceremony was also attended by Colonel Ali Hassan Almutawa, Assistant Director General for Protection and Safety, and Brigadier Rashid Khalifa Bin M Buflasa, Director General Assistant for Fire and Rescue, whose teams play key roles in the project delivery process.
