Recognised for innovation, growth and commitment to passenger experience, CEO Paul Griffiths and the Dubai International (DXB) team were honoured with an Outstanding Achievement award at the recent Conde Nast Traveller Middle East Readers’ Choice Awards.
Editor in Chief of the prolific consumer travel magazine, Rhea Saran, presented the award after personally commending the airport’s five-year success as World’s Busiest International Airport, the welcoming of the One Billionth Customer, and the recent high-profile launch of the DXB brand with the intention to transform customer experience.
Accepting the award on behalf of Dubai Airports CEO Paul Griffiths, was Eugene Barry, EVP Commercial, the department behind the new brand, and several exciting changes being unveiled at DXB.
