Mashreq Bank, a leading financial institution in the UAE, announced that it will participate as an exhibitor at the “Careers UAE 2019”, a three day job fair taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 19th – 21st of March. This marks the 19th consecutive year which Mashreq has participated in the event.
Careers UAE aims to create a platform for UAE’s leading organizations to interact with talented and motivated UAE Nationals from different emirates and background seeking jobs in a variety of private sector industries.
Commenting on Mashreq’s participation at “Careers UAE 2019”, Mariam Al Ali, Head of Emiratization and Government Relations said, “At Mashreq, we strongly believe in the government’s Emiratization initiative, and are committed to contributing to the development of local talent in the UAE. We believe that training and mentoring are essential factors for the success of Emiratization, and we run several programs exclusively meant for UAE nationals, catering to high school, graduates and mid-career executives.”

Structured to deliver a high intensity learning experience with an optimal blend of classroom training, hands-on work, case studies and exposure to clients/senior leadership for real life perspectives, the programme aims to create a cadre of skilled, knowledgeable, and successful professionals. Running full time for approximately 130 days, this is ideal for candidates who are determined to build solid and sterling careers in banking.”
