A delegation of female employees from Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, recently visited the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children to celebrate the joyous occasion of Eid Al Adha and present gifts to women and children at the centre.
In line with its commitment to community welfare and social responsibility initiatives aligned to the principles of shari’a, Emirates Islamic regularly encourages employees to participate in charitable and humanitarian activities with a focus on giving back to society.
The bank is also an active contributor to community health and development initiatives and supports a variety of charitable causes via the Emirates Islamic Charity Fund. The Fund provides financial aid under several main areas, including food, shelter, health, education and social welfare to large charities, public and private institutions, as well as individuals in need.
