The Emirates Group has completed yet another successful year at Careers UAE 2019. Showcasing a variety of UAE National programmes, the Group attracted more than 3300 applicants during the three-day exhibition.
This year, for the first time, the Group has revealed a new programme, targeting national school graduates who aspire to be part of the exciting world of Technology application. In addition to the new programme, the Group also showcased its National School Graduate Programmes, including the National Cadet Pilot, Emirates Airport Service, Skycargo, and dnata Travel Services National School Graduate Programmes.
“The Careers UAE exhibition has always been a key platform for us to attract UAE National talent. It provides an opportunity for Emirati job seekers to learn about the exciting employment and training opportunities available at the Emirates Group. Using our interactive tools and the expertise of our National Recruitment & Development Team, we’ve successfully attracted applicants who are eager to join the aviation industry,’ said Amira Al Falasi, Emirates’ Vice President of National Recruitment and Development.
According to Al Falasi, participation at this annual event further underscores the Emirates Group’s commitment to Emiratisation. “We do not just offer job vacancies at this event. We provide Emiratis with the opportunity to find a well-rounded, satisfying career, and secure their future path,” she added.
The National Recruitment and Development division in the Emirates Group is dedicated to fulfilling business needs by recruiting aspiring UAE Nationals who are keen to join the aviation industry workforce, and developing tailored training programmes that will equipment them with skills that will support them in their career growth.
