Employees of the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (EIBFS) have accepted the 30x30 Dubai Fitness Challenge announced by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council and the Dubai Sports Council, which kicked off on Friday, October 26, with a wide range of sporting activities.
"The EIBFS administration team has invited all employees to participate in this ambitious program aimed at motivating Dubai’s residents and visitors to commit to fitness and sports activities for at least 30 minutes a day over a 30-day period. EIBFS is committed to playing an active role in the success of this initiative," said Jamal Al Jasmi, General Manager of EIBFS.
He added: “Through the first edition of the challenge in 2017, His Highness Shaikh Hamdan has succeeded in motivating the residents of Dubai to adopt a new and healthy lifestyle in innovative ways and build a healthier future for themselves and for their families.”
Noura Abbas Ahmed, Director of Training at EIBFS, said: “Dubai has made a special mark in adopting creative and innovative initiatives that benefit society and the Dubai Fitness Challenge proves once again the emirate’s capacity for launching challenges that bring residents across different nationalities together to achieve one common goal.”
