Fun City, UAE's largest family entertainment center has announced the launch of the world's first E-Commerce website for an FEC that enables customers to buy a card online, topup online. The phase two of the launch will also allow customers to redeem their tickets online.
In collaboration with EMBED Card systems, Fun City inaugurated this interactive site, which brings with it a whole new dimension to customer experience at the center. Customers will now be able to choose and pay - all in one smooth online experience! Browsing the website, customers can explore countless entertainment options, view locations, see ongoing promotions, and read testimonials.
What is rewarding is that the website now takes away the hassle of queuing up at the venue all together – with just a swipe of a finger, from the comfort of one's home or on the go.
Speaking on the launch, Mr. Silvio Liedtke – COO Landmark Leisure, said "We are expecting a fantastic response to our new E-Commerce site launch. To begin with, customers will now be able to recharge their Fun City cards from the comfort of their homes and offices. Earlier, customers could only recharge their powercards at the cash counters in the locations. We are always looking at offering new and innovative ways to make every child's experience fun at Fun City."
