95 plots were sold for AED 626.85 million, 858 apartments and villas were sold for AED 1.72 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED 111.25 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 59.69 million in Business Bay, and a land sold for AED 111.25 million in Palm Jumeirah in third place.
Al Hebiah Fourth recorded the most transactions for this week by 24 sales transactions worth AED 84.33 million, followed by Al Hebiah Third with 20 sales transactions worth AED 38.5 million, and Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 16 sales transactions worth AED 151 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 302 million in Marsa Dubai, a was second in the list sold for AED 230 million in Palm Jumeirah, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 103 million in BurjKhalifa.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 1 billion, with the highest being a land in Marsa Dubai, mortgaged for AED 283 million.
