On 14th June, Damiani revealed for the first time its finest collection of jewellery in Dubai Duty Free located in Terminal 3 - Concourse B at Dubai International Airport.
Founded in 1924, Damiani is recognised worldwide as a symbol of fine jewellery Handmade in Italy and is led today by the third generation of the founder’s family.
As a tribute to the local culture and tradition in the UAE, Damiani has chosen to open its new store to coincide with the festivities of Eid al-Fitr, one of the most important Islamic holidays which celebrates the end of Ramadan.
The Damiani store at Dubai Duty Free welcomes visitors to a truly inviting atmosphere: the setting with its dark tones and elegant details accentuated by purple, gold, blue and white colors that reflect the new exhibiting concept. The refined creations include the must-haves such as Belle Époque,
D. Icon, D. Side, Eden and Spicchi di Luna, which are all showcased in a sequence of displays and counters. The collections symbolise Made in Italy excellence, through the precious gold and gemstone workings by the hands of Master Goldsmith who works at Damiani.
This opening further strengthens Damiani’s international expansion strategy, in particular in the travel-retail sector. Damiani is already present at the airports of Malpensa, Fiumicino, Beijing and Moscow but its goal is to be positioned in the busiest luxury-tourism airport hubs that also serves business travelers.
