Dubai Land Department (DLD) has successfully concluded its participation at the Dubai International Government Achievements Exhibition 2018. The event was an opportunity for DLD to showcase its latest achievements and highlight the innovations it has introduced to serve real estate customers.
His Excellency Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of DLD, commented: "Our pavilion was an important destination for hundreds of visitors interested in knowing more about our real estate services, who expressed their satisfaction with the convenience and speed of the smart applications we have developed. These have been designed to allow our customers to complete many of their transactions without having to visit our offices, saving them a significant amount of time and effort. The exhibition provided us with an ideal opportunity to showcase our continuous developments and the latest updates we have made to our applications."
As a strategic partner of the Dubai International Government Achievements Exhibition 2018, DLD focused on promoting its achievements, including a range of smart applications such as Mashrooi, Ejari and Dubai Brokers, in addition to highlighting the main accomplishments of the Rental Disputes Centre (RDC) and Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI), and promoting the 69th edition of the FIABCI World Congress.
DLD's pavilion was a popular destination, attracting a number of VIPs and senior representatives from governmental entities, as well a wide number of other visitors. At the pavilion, visitors were introduced to the department's smart applications, which aim to serve the real estate sector and promote Dubai as an attractive investment environment. Luis Lima, President of the FIABCI Portugal Chapter, visited DLD's pavilion and praised Dubai's pioneering role in the real estate sector, wishing the Emirate continued success and prosperity in hosting prestigious local and international events including the 69th edition of the FIABCI World Congress.
DLD participated under an 'Innovative Achievements...Global Leadership' slogan at the three main events: Dubai International Government Achievements Exhibition 2018, International Property Show and Dubai Property Festival.
