Hundreds of families, first time cyclists and professionals will saddle up to take part in the eleventh edition of The Great Dubai Pulse Ride – Off Road.
Held twice a year since 2013, the eleventh edition is the first The Great Dubai Pulse Ride – Off Road for 2018 and will see more than 1,000 people take part.
Held from 7am on Friday 16th March, the free ride will see cyclists of all ages follow one of three routes and distances, with a 5km and 10km family ride and a more challenging 20km route to choose from. Each route offers participants a safe, off-road and traffic-free ride with a full support team on hand to manage the event.
However, the fun is not limited to two wheels. There will also be family friendly activities taking place throughout the Sports Village, with bouncy castles, kids' activities as well as food and beverage outlets available for the whole family to enjoy.
The Great Dubai Pulse Ride – Off Road is a collaboration between Dubai Sports City President, Khalid Al Zarooni, and Dubai Sports Council and showcases the benefits of leading a healthy and active lifestyle, which echoes the ethos of Dubai Sports City.
Pre-event registration is encouraged via www.thecyclehub.com. Entrants can also enter on the day at Dubai Sports City's Sports Village from 7am, with the event commencing at 8am at Sports Park, Dubai Sports City.
