Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB), the largest Islamic bank in the UAE, has won two awards, ‘Best Branches’ and ‘Best Customer Experience Measurement’ at the annual Service Olympian Awards.
Held at Emirates Towers Hotel on Monday 5th February, the Service Olympian Awards celebrated regional organizations’ commitment to delivering excellent customer service and to ensuring optimal employee engagement across the board. Both these assessments are conducted by the International Customer Service Institute, a global organization dedicated to establishing the highest standards in service quality worldwide.
