Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced its support to Cityscape Global 20165, one of the largest international exhibitions specialising in real estate investment and development, which takes place on September 06-08 at Dubai World Trade Centre, were visitors can get to know the latest DLD’s services on its platform number (SAJ10) at the Sheikh Saeed Arena Hall.
Over the three days, DLD will be keen to highlight its programs, strategic plan and objectives, as well as focus on its primary role in providing a safe and sustainable real estate environment, and provide visitors with all the needed information to spread awareness in the real estate market, in harmony with its participation theme of "World’s premier real estate destination in innovation, trust and happiness".
“We see in Cityscape an ideal opportunity for us to emphasize on our message aimed at providing a premiere real estate destination with highest international standards, based on the latest innovations and applications that lead to safe procedures for all parties,” said Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General, DLD.
This year, DLD will provide the visitors with important opportunities to present their ideas in order to upgrade its services beyond the expectations of customers through DLD’s partnership with Mohammed bin Rashid Smart Majlis. DLD will also provide an opportunity to live the real estate experience through a simulation process, that allows visitors to live a virtual experience for registering properties (buyer, seller, and a broker), with a thank you certificate to be handed to the participants, to raise awareness and knowledge of the laws and regulations in force in the real estate sector, and offers a range of smart solutions for real estate investments.
Bin Mejren added: "DLD plays a vital role in achieving the objectives of the exhibition in terms of linking between visitors and specialists pioneers in the real estate sector, to brief them on the latest trends in the real estate market, and the associated legislations, laws and procedures, in addition to applications and services that we provide to this sector to ensure smooth transactions,”
DLD will be showcasing the “Smart judge” one of the most prominent initiatives of the Rental Dispute Center, the judicial arm of Dubai Land Department. This contemporary application provides critical information to both ends of rental relationship before entering into the various stages of litigation, asking them few questions to guide and instruct parties about whether they are entitled to file a lawsuit, after defining the problems, and then display of the desired sequential manner litigation to reach the desired result.
As well as the “Investment Map” portal represents the intelligent real estate market using Internet browsers and smart devices, the portal was launched by Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center, the investment arm of Dubai Land Department to attract major investors for off-plan available projects. It carries an integrated set of applications and Dubai real estate best practices in addition to Google's search tool that enable all investors and businessmen to access many investment project opportunities through their smart devices that will help them ease the decision making process and to transact online using secure government portal.
The “Ejari” smart application that provides services for tenants and owners for rental sector in terms of Rental Index calculator, approved property management companies and their locations, licensed typing centers to register tenancy contracts; the application also provides the service of printing the Ejari certificate, and “Dubai Brokers” a smart application providing accurate information about Dubai Brokers and Real Estate Agents Offices that are licensed and approved by Dubai Land Department.
