Meraas is celebrating the eleventh edition of Art Dubai, an event which it is also sponsoring, through a 4D animated causeway called the ‘Meraas Experience’.
The immersive installation at Art Dubai can be found at Madinat Conference center and is inspired by the patterns and art forms created as people go about their lives. It is designed to reflect urban life and enable visitors to experience the creativity and vibrancy of street art brought to life through the Dubai Walls initiative at City Walk.
The Merass Experience is intended to introduce new concepts in urban art and design to the community and reflects the company’s vision of a city that people want to be a part of for generations to come, while supporting Dubai’s journey towards becoming a global destination for art.
Held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Art Dubai is a globally diverse art fair and a platform for art lovers to connect with galleries from the Middle East and North Africa.
This year’s exhibition will feature 94 galleries from 43 countries, with 27 galleries attending for the first time. The event is open to the public from 16-18 March at Madinat Jumeirah, and visitors to the Meraas Experience will be able to explore the company’s destinations.
