RTA was represented in the Congress by Ms. Laila Faridoon, Executive Director of the Office of RTA Director-General & Chairman cum Member of Board of Trustees & Secretary General of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Award for Innovation in Project Management. “In the presence of PM experts & representatives of global entities, a visual presentation was made to highlight the objectives, categories, participation, registration and the general terms & conditions of the Award.
“The HBM AIPM is a unique award with a global dimension,” said Laila. “RTA’s participation in this Congress, which was held in Rome, Italy, was driven by the nature of the event as a global gathering of PM specialists & experts. Thus, it offered an opportunity to highlight this iconic award that seeks to attract the best ideas & projects at the local, regional and international levels. It falls in line with the objective of the Award to stress the importance of supporting and improving the Project Management industry,” she noted.
“The HBM AIPM is aspiring for a global standing whereby it can reflect the spirit of creativity and shaping a bright future; which is synonymous of the UAE, especially Dubai, as it is focused on getting exposure to the best minds & concepts for serving and delighting communities. The Award is viewed as a motivating platform for innovation leaders and an advanced tool for inspiring the business community to deliver best-in-class PM techniques worldwide,” added Laila.
