Dubai Quality Group and Ideas Arabia have honoured Dubai Customs as the main sponsor of Ideas Arabia International Conference & Competition 2018, and the exclusive sponsor of Ideas Arabia Awards.
Dubai Customs has won the best idea at the World Ideas Award 2016 organised in Frankfurt, Germany for developing an android robot inspector; a smart robot that is capable of doing inspection tasks and can be equipped with inspection and tracking technologies to carry out additional functions such as face identification, body language reading, luggage tracking, and thermal scanning.
The event was held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chief Executive of Emirates Group and Honorary Patron of Dubai Quality Group.
This year's conference engaged business talents and explored innovative ways of utilising their talents to serve the private and public sectors.
