“First of all, I extend my thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, for his continuous support of sports in Dubai, and for launching the Government Games initiative. This will encourage positive competition among government employees. We have seen the positive results of the Dubai Fitness Challenge launched by His Highness last year, which has contributed to changing the lifestyle of many people by encouraging them to engage in physical activities for 30 days in a dynamic atmosphere. The challenge will always motivate society members to make physical activities an essential part of their daily lives.
