Held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, and celebrating the International Day of Happiness on the 20th of March, the second edition of the Happiness Journey has partnered up with prominent private sector companies, reinforcing the important and active role played by the private sector to promote happiness and enhance wellbeing in the UAE society.
The National Programme for Happiness and Positivity, which runs from 15th to 20th March, has named Landmark Group, Meraas, and DP World as Featured Givers and Aujan Coca Cola and RB Dettol as Happiness Givers.
Othman Al Madani, Director of Happiness, the National Programme for Happiness and Positivity, stressed that the partnership with the private sector reflects the program’s commitment to enhancing cooperation with the private sector and consolidating its role as an active partner in the efforts towards achieving happiness and wellbeing of the UAE society.
Al Madani praised the interest of private sector companies and their dedicated community initiatives, which reflects a deep understanding of the importance of their role in formulating a common vision that contributes to establishing happiness and positivity as a lifestyle in the UAE.

The Happiness Journey is inspired by the legacy of the late founding father,Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and focuses on the human qualities of the late founding father, and his approach to happiness since the formation of the UAE.
The Happiness Journey focuses on five themes: Mind Wellbeing, Physical Wellbeing, Emotional Wellbeing, Gastronomy, and Arts. It features unique cognitive experiences, interactive workshops and inspirational talks led by happiness and wellbeing speakers and experts.
