GEMS Founders School – Dubai has announced the opening of Years 10 and 12 for the start of the 2018-2019 academic year which will offer students multiple course opportunities from these new-year groups at the IGCSE and AS Level.
The school, which has been offering until Year 9 for the last academic year, has opened applications for Years 10 and 12.

Situated in the Al Barsha South area of Dubai, GEMS Founders School opened in 2016 and already provides students with the knowledge of life long skills by ensuring that the children are confident, independent learners. The school is presently focusing on recruiting top teacher talent to ensure its prospective Key Stage 4 and 5 students are provided with passionate, dedicated and experienced educators.
The school will offer a range of IGCSE and A Level subjects accredited by Oxford International AQA Examinations and Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE). All qualifications GEMS Founders School offers are recognised by schools, colleges and universities internationally, thus enabling all students to gain access to the best academic institutions in the world.

GEMS Founders School will be holding both IGCSE and A Level information evenings for prospective students and parents on Monday, 19th February for A Levels and Monday, 26th February for IGCSE. There are three sessions each day at 9am, 12:30pm and 4pm at GEMS Founders School in Al Barsha. GEMS Founders School – Mizhar, will open in September* and be located in Al Mizhar, near midriff and is modelled after the very successful GEMS Founders School in Al Barsha. Nigel Cropley, most recently principal of GEMS Winchester School – Abu Dhabi, will lead the school, which will offer the National Curriculum for England to students from Foundation Stage to Year 8 with fees ranging from 22,000 AED to 29,000. The school will add grades naturally over the years.
