This Valentine's Day brings with it the chance for couples to indulge in panoramic vistas, bubbly and fine food courtesy of the 'Royal Affair' at Emirates Golf Club.
It will be an experience far removed from the standard Valentine's Day. Start off the magical evening in style, with a chauffeur-driven car to Emirates Golf Club - perfect for those looking to surprise their other halves. Lovebirds can enjoy sweeping views of the greenery as they make their way into the heart of the renowned Majlis Course. The classic fairways will be transformed into the ultimate romantic setting for a candlelit dinner.
A glass of bubbly will greet guests upon their arrival, with each couple having their very own dedicated butler. Once seated under a perfumed canopy, the twosome can tuck into a six-course culinary feast specially curated for the occasion.
Guests will enjoy a selection of canapés on arrival, then a cream of lobster soup with wild mushroom infusion. Next on the gastronomic agenda is sea scallops with coconut gel and red curry sauce. For the main course, guests will enjoy a salt baked wild seabass, brandade and stuffed artichokes with paprika foam, and charcoal grilled Wagyu beef, truffle puree and ponzu dressing. To round off the delicious menu, guests will experience a chocolate and raspberry bon bon served with hot sabayon, and a course of truffle brie with champagne jelly.
Light conversation and laughter can be enjoyed over the shared set meal, paired with a delightful selection of red and white grape, guaranteed to appease even the most demanding of connoisseurs. The fountains, lake and iconic clubhouse enhance views of the course, with the glittering skyline in the background providing the ideal backdrop for a lovely Valentine's evening. At the end of the night, guests will be chauffeur-driven back to a Dubai destination of their choosing.
Priced at AED 1,250 per couple, the evening commences at 7pm on the 14thof February and promises to be a night the loving duo will not forget in a hurry. Booking in advance is recommended due to the limited number of tables available.
