Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has unveiled new features for users via registration in S’hail App. Registered clients can now manage their nol accounts, booking Hala Taxi or limo, using smart rental vehicles through eKar or Udrive, booking Uber/Careem ride-hailing vehicles.
RTA Receives 14.7k Emergency Reports As Signing Off Rate Clocks 99% (24 September 2018)
Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced that it had received 14,711 emergency reports this year through the Call Center (8009090), Madinati service available on RTA Dubai App. Reports received are related to any emergency damage to the infrastructure of Dubai.
