Emirates Post has expanded its product offering in the UAE providing its customers enhanced services and experiences. The most recent solution is offering MyHome to residents of villas across all emirates. The service, previously only available to select villas in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, provides mail delivery directly to customers once or twice a week based on subscription package.

“We aim to provide convenient solutions that improve quality of life with the introduction of MyHome service to customers residing in villas across the emirates allowing them to receive post at their doorstep and offering an extended subscription renewal of up to three years, and we encourage all our customers to maximize on this opportunity. ” he added.
He further explained that the MyHome service delivers all postal items to villa residences once a week for an annual fee of 750 dirhams, and if the customer wants the option of sending and receiving post twice a week, they should choose the MyHome Plus service for an additional 500 dirhams annual fee.
Companies can also opt to have their post picked-up and delivered directly to the registered office location by subscribing to Ezimail. There are three options: Gold – allowing for six weekly pick-ups and deliveries, Silver – allowing for three and Bronze – offering one weekly mail pick-up and delivery. Companies can also customise P.O. Box rental services to optimize their complete mail operations.
Emirates Post provides domestic and international door-to-door courier services offering premium and express options at competitive prices. Customers can customise their mail receipt preferences when renewing P.O. Box subscriptions. In case of upgrading to the MyHome service, - VAT and any custom charges may be paid in cash at time of delivery and one will be able to keep the same P.O. Box number for the villa or apartment.
The leading postal and express delivery provider in the region also announced an extended renewal option of up to three years for Post Office Box subscriptions. Subscriptions can be renewed and upgraded starting from the 1st January to 28th February 2019 online via the website (www.epg.gov.ae), the mobile application or by visiting any Emirates Post offices.
