Emirates Post Group (EPG) has recently undertaken a positive restructuring of its product offerings providing enhanced services and experiences. Customers can now avail of these services when renewing their Post Office Box subscriptions. EPG encourages customers to renew their P.O. Box subscriptions before 31st January 2018.
“Emirates Post Group is constantly looking at strengthening its products and services. Ensuring that our offerings combine convenience and efficiency echoes the wants and needs of our customers,” said Obaid Mohammed Al Qatami, Acting Chief Commercial Officer of EPG. “We are investing in our outbound and inbound postal and logistical solutions to provide value-added services that will support individuals as well as the operational needs of businesses,” he continued.
Companies can customize P.O. Box rental services to optimize their mail operations. They can also subscribe to Ezimail for the added convenience of having their mail picked-up and delivered directly to the registered P.O. Box or office location. There are three options: Gold – allowing for six weekly pick-ups and deliveries, Silver – allowing for three and Bronze – offering one weekly mail pick-up and delivery.
Individuals can also customize the way in which they receive their post. Customers living in a villa can choose the MyHome option to have their mail picked-up and delivered either once or twice a week – based on subscription package – to a dedicated P.O. Box installed at their villa gate/door. In addition, MyPost has options to deliver mail to an EPG Post office or P.O. Box shelter nearest to one’s home or work address. Mail can also be delivered to a dedicated P.O. Box within a participating residential building with a set of mailboxes at reception.
Emirates Post Group has also enhanced its domestic and international door-to-door courier services offering premium and express options at competitive prices.
Customers can customize their mail receipt preferences when renewing P.O. Box subscriptions, “we urge all our customers to renew their P.O. Box subscriptions before January 31, 2018 to avoid late renewal penalties and fees. There are also several ways customers can renew their subscriptions,” advises Al Qatami. “Customers may visit any of EPG’s post offices to apply/renew in person. They can also do so electronically via our website (www.epg.gov.ae) or our EPG Mobile Services app.”
