Emirates Real Estate Solutions (ERES) was founded in 2008 as a subsidiary of the Dubai Land Department & Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and is a part of a government initiative to support real estate industry stakeholders in order to comply and benefit from government regulations .ERES was established with a vision to build a trusted regulatory community for the real estate industry using innovative technologies.
ERES has partnered with Amlaki – the leading real estate solution provider in the UAE – to bring added efficiency and transparency to the real estate marketplace.
