10 Tips on How to Pass the RTA Dubai Driving Theory Test

Passing a driving test is the most basic and minimal requirement for anyone to get a valid driving license anywhere around the world. This is the only way the instructors can prove that you are fit and able to drive on the roads without causing preventable accidents and commotion. However, depending on where you are taking the test from, the techniques and strategies for passing may vary. In this case, passing the RTA theory test in Dubai will require one to apply customized strategies. The following are ten tips on how to pass the RTA Dubai driving theory test:

1. Get the Dubai RTA application

Download the Dubai RTA app to help you prepare for your test beforehand by availing a set of thirty-five practice questions with multiple choices. Once you are done, you get an automatic response on whether you have passed or failed. You can do the tests as often as you like since sometimes a different set of questions is availed.

2. Spend Adequate Practice Time

Go through the Dubai driving test handbook as many times as possible so that you can be in a position to answer any of the questions even at random. Also, you can ask a friend or family member to ask you the questions in a timed manner. This will help you to practice answering under pressure.

3. Learn to Listen

The driving instructor is assigned the role of guiding and instructing the students in the recommended manner. Listen to your instructor during the lectures and ask the necessary questions. Also, try to get all that he says because it is what you need to pass the test and not necessarily what you know.

4. Read the Dubai RTA driving Handbook

This handbook contains all the notes that you need for the test and so it will be of help if you read it more than once. Understand the basic concepts explained there and polish up by attempting as many questions as possible from the right sources.

5. Flagging

This is the trick that you will need to apply on the tricky questions. If you realize that a question is twisting your mind too much, flag it then you can get back to it before your time is up. This will save you from spending too much time on one question and losing on others.

6. Go to the Website

The Dubai RTA website has the questions you need to answer for the traffic signs section. These questions are availed for you to attempt first then the corresponding correct answers are then provided. This way, you are able to test your understanding of the traffic signs.

7. Utilize Your Practice Time

The examiners usually give an allowance of about fifteen minutes for you to familiarize yourself with the board and any other tools available. Instead of sitting around and feeling all-ready, it would be of more help to visit the board and try to get familiar.

8. Arrive before Time

If possible, avoid rushing to the test as this will cause tension and stress especially if you happen to run late. Instead, get there a while earlier so that you can take time to relax as you wait for the practice time before the real test.

9. Remember Your Provisional License Photocard

Forgetting to carry your provisional license to the test will not only cost you money but also waste your time. This is because even though you will not be allowed to take the test, you will stay pay the driving theory test fee and that means double expense on your part.

10. Breathe Away the Tension

In between the first and the second part of your test, you may need to take a breather. Since you will be half-way done, it does not hurt to take a break and just relax and refresh before you get the second bit. The examiners usually allow a few minutes break just to get you to stretch a bit.

Passing the RTA Dubai Driving Theory Test is not farfetched as long as you follow the tips discussed here. Cultivate your personal confidence by preparing way before-hand just like you would do for any other test.
