Farnek Avireal is a joint venture between Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group and the Zurich based international facilities management company Avireal AG Switzerland.Farnek’s 30 years of success in the UAE culminated in early 2010 by winning the maintenance contract, along with our international partners, for the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa. This outstanding achievement confirmed their market position as one of the leading facilities management companies in the UAE.
Not only do Farnek have a number of offices in Dubai, but we now have branches in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, employing over 1,700 staff and managing over 1,000 properties with a surface area covering millions of square metres.
