eComplain is the web portal that handles all complaint you raise against all participating governmental organizations which include
• Dubai municipality
• Dubai police
• Dubai electricity and water authority
• Department of health and medical services
• Roads and transport authority
• Naturalization & Residency Department – Dubai
You can register yourself and raise a complaint to any of the above departments and then track the status of the complaint, update it anytime and also provide feedback to the government.
