Receiving and seeing off the Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. 2. Receiving and bidding farewell to visiting Heads of States, their Deputies, Prime Ministers and arranging their visit programs and itinerary. 3. Receiving Delegations who arrive to the country on special missions to meet with Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. 4. Preparing for celebrations to mark the country’s official festivities and national occasions. 5. Making arrangements for the official meetings of Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. 6. Arranging programs for official ceremonies and banquets which the Vice President hosts or attends. 7. Arranging the visits of the Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, both in the UAE and abroad.
8. Supervising the exhibitions, trade events and fairs attended by Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and the Ruler of Dubai.
