Dubai Education Council (DEC) was established under the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.The decision was aimed to: Enhance the education sector in Dubai at all levels to bring it up to international standards while maintaining cultural & social values.
