Dialling Telephone and Mobile Numbers in Dubai
The local city code for Dubai is 04 and if you are making
an international call to Dubai, you would dial Country Code:
971, City Code: 4 and then the Tele/Fax number. To dial a
Mobile Number from within the UAE, you dial 050 and then the
number. If you are dialling a mobile phone number anywhere
in the UAE from outside of the UAE, you would dial, Country
Code: 971, City Code: 50 and the the Mobile Number.

Type messages upto 60 charecters in the message feild. In
the number feild, enter (01) (area code) (fax number). Press
send.
At present this facility is available within UAE only. Each
message is charged at 30 fils
SMS 2 E-mail
In the message feild type the e-mail address then a space,
then the subject, space and then your message. In the number
feild enter the number 222 and press send.
SMS to any E-mail address all over the world at 160 charecters
including E-mail address, subject and message. Each message
is charged 30 fils.
SMS 2 Mobile
Type message upto 160 charecters in the message feild. In
the number feild enter the mobile number. Pres send
SMS to any mobile within UAE and all countries. Within UAE
30 fils, international 90 fils.

Etisalat offers a Dial 'N' Surf service, that is ideal
for visitors to Dubai/UAE or for occasional users who

Service Charges
The Dial 'N' Surf is priced at Dhs 15 fils/minute and
is charged directly to the telephone you are using to
