Good Health Guide

In today's competitive world it is very important to take care of the health, especially when you have just stepped into youth.

Food: Junk and Fast Food such as burgers, pizzas, pastas are very common among all the ages but it is becoming more popular among the youth population as they are not at home for the major part of the day and do not like to carry any food from home. Teenagers should understand that junk and fast food tastes good but troubles at the latter stage as it continues, it helps in weight gain and the food is not healthy even. Sensible eating habit is intake of more leafy vegetables and avoiding oily food.

Water: Just like Earth, major part of human body consists of water. Hence, intake of water for any person should be at least 8 glasses per day.

Stress Relief: As we are living in a very competitive world, teenagers are usually over loaded by the sophisticated education and projects assignments and there is no other alternative but to relieve yourself by some exercise, yoga, meditation, some dance classes, which ever is your interest, its really helps…

Skin: Skin is the external part of your body and it takes a little more to keep your skin healthy. Drinking plenty of water, at least 8 glasses per day is good for all types of skin and helps give a good glow. Also fruits play an important role for a good skin. We have 3 types of skin - Dry, Oily and Normal.
Right and good quality crèmes and skin products are advisable to avoid any infections and further complications.

Hair: This is yet another very important part of the body that needs proper care and attention. In today's environments teenagers are also found with gray hair due to stress and tension. Oiling of hair and proper treatment at the right time will keep your hair healthy. Water again plays a very prominent role. Tinting and coloring should be avoided after all they are chemicals.

So Good folks!!
